Stefan Willerstorfer

Stefan Willerstorfer was born in Vienna and studied in Austria, in the Netherlands and in England. At the Royal Academy of Art (The Hague), he completed the Type Design course »Type and Media«, at the University of Reading he completed the course in Information Design (MA). In 2010 he founded Willerstorfer Font Foundry. The foundry’s first two releases (Acorde, Sindelar) have been awarded numerous design trophies: Red Dot Award: Best of the Best, iF Design Award in Gold, Communication Arts Award of Excellence, German Design Award.
